Recipient Organization Officials Confirmation

Purpose of Step

The purpose of this step is to provide the user with a confirmation of the Recipient Organization Officials that have been added.

Actions for this Step

1.      Print a copy of the Confirmation

• The Confirmation Number is made up of the Agency Location Code, Recipient Organization ID The 7-digit identifier assigned to a Recipient Organization or Payment Requestor within ASAP. , and date the date the transaction was completed. & time stamp.

2.      You may print a copy of this page by clicking the Printer Friendly button that displays a .PDF version of this page (you must have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer in order to view).

3.      Perform another transaction as the current user by selecting an action from the header.

4.      Logoff as the current user.
