HOW DO I POINTERS

Why am I certifying a Point of Contact if this role is assigned by the Servicing Regional Financial Center?

The initial Point of Contact is assigned by the Servicing RFC, but an agency can have more than one user with this role. The Certifying Officer approves the Point of Contact role for any additional users.

I only have time to certify users on the first page. Can I take action on the first page and return later to certify the remaining users?

Yes, but you must open all pages before ASAP will allow you to submit your certification actions on page 1.
