Enter Recipient Organization Officials
Purpose of Step
This is the first step in defining officials for a new Recipient Organization. On this step, you will enter the official's information and designate the role this individual will be given.
Actions for this Step
1.
Enter official's information. Information carried forward can be updated. Required fields are indicated by an asterisk and include the following:

First Name - Individual's first name
- Last Name - Individual's last name
- Organization Name - this information is carried forward from when the new organization was initiated.
- Mailing Address 1 - first line of mailing address (usually the street address) which is carried forward from the initiation step.
- Indicate whether the address is U.S. or international. The information is carried forward from the initiation.

- If the official you are adding is already an ASAP.gov
user, ASAP.gov will refresh the screen and give you the opportunity to select this user. If this is not the same individual, you will need to update the email address of the new user with correct information.
