POC Modifies Officials of New Recipient Organization

The Point of Contact (POC) has defined officials for a new organization and needs to make changes before the organization’s enrollment is complete. These procedures describe the steps required to modify and delete an official for a new recipient organization.

Print Me

On the Main Menu bar, The Point of Contact (POC) selects “Modify/Delete Officials – Organizations Pending Enrollment” from the Enrollment tab. If an organization’s enrollment is still pending and the POC needs to add an official, select “Add Officials – Organizations Pending Enrollment” from the Enrollment tab.

Select Recipient Organization

If visible, select the specific Recipient Organization for which officials will be defined. This step appears when a Point of Contact is responsible for multiple Recipient Organizations. If this option is not displayed, continue with the actions noted below.

STEP 1 - Modify Recipient Organization Officials

HELP FOR THIS STEP

1. For the official(s) that you wish to modify or delete, select the appropriate action in the drop down box in the Action column.

Note: Actions available are Modify and Delete. Modify adds or changes an official’s role. Delete removes this official from association with this organization. If this is a new user to ASAP.gov , the Delete action removes this official from ASAP.gov.

2. If you wish to modify an official's role, click the checkbox corresponding to the role that you wish to either add or remove.

3. Click Continue.


STEP 2 - Review Modified Officials

HELP FOR THIS STEP

1. Review official(s) for correct action and assigned role and make changes, if necessary.

Note: Roles can be added or removed and officials can be deleted on this step.

2. Click Submit .

Note: This action must leave at least one Head of Organization, Authorizing Official , Financial Official, and Point of Contact remaining before you can submit.


STEP 3 - Modified Officials Confirmation

HELP FOR THIS STEP

This step is the receipt of a confirmation that your transaction has been posted. There are no additional actions required on this step, however, the following are options available to you:

• Print a copy of the Confirmation

Note: You may print a copy of this page by clicking the Printer Friendly button that displays a .PDF version of this page (you must have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer in order to view).

• Perform another transaction as the current user by selecting an action from the header.

• Logoff as the current user.

Note: These changes will not be effective until approved by the Head of Organization or Re-delegated Head of Organization.
