Super User Inquiry

Purpose of Step

The purpose of this step is to designate inquiry criteria to obtain information on a Super User.

Actions for this Step

1.    Enter Super User ID The 7-digit identifier assigned to a Recipient Organization or Payment Requestor within ASAP. .

2.    Indicate the inquiry format by clicking on the desired selection from the drop down box.

·       Available formats include HTML, PDF and PDF-ZIP, and CSV Comma separated value and CSV-ZIP. See Procedures for more information on these formats.

3.    Click Submit A utility in ASAP.gov generally associated with a set of more than one enterable field. These fields may be user-specified selection criteria or fields filled in as part of an online transaction such as a payment request. By clicking 'Submit' the user sends the set of data elements for system action to advance directly to the next step in the business process flow. For example, the user may fill in a set of selection criteria and then 'submit' the criteria to retrieve the data. .
