AO Modifies/Deletes Users of Enrolled Organization

A Recipient Organization has completed its enrollment process and is active in the ASAP.gov system. These procedures describe the steps required to modify or delete an existing user for an active organization.

Print Me

On the Main Menu bar, Authorizing Official (AO) selects “Modify/Delete Users and Roles – Enrolled Organizations” from the Enrollment tab. To add a new official to an active organization, select “Add Users and Roles – Enrolled Organizations” from the Enrollment tab.

Select Recipient Organization

If visible, select the specific Recipient Organization for which users will be added. This step appears when an Authorizing Official is responsible for multiple Recipient Organizations. If this option is not displayed, continue with the actions noted below.

Step 1 – Modify Users and Roles

HELP FOR THIS STEP

1. For the user(s) that you wish to modify or delete, select the appropriate action in the drop down box in the Action column.

Note: Actions available are Modify and Delete. Modify adds or changes a user’s role. Delete removes this official from association with this organization. If this is a new user to ASAP.gov, the Delete action removes this official from ASAP.gov.

2. If you wish to modify a user's role, click the checkbox corresponding to the role that you wish to either add or remove.

3. Click Continue.


Step 2 – User Modification Confirmation

HELP FOR THIS STEP

This step is the receipt of a confirmation that your transaction has been posted. There are no additional actions required on this step, however, the following are options available to you:

• Print a copy of the Confirmation

Note:

o All Recipient Organization users are listed with the ones updated showing the modifications in their updated profile. The Action column will indicate "Modified User/Role."

o You may print a copy of this page by clicking the Printer Friendly button that displays a .PDF version of this page (you must have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer in order to view).

• Perform another transaction as the current user by selecting an action from the header.

• Logoff as the current user.

Note: The Payment Requestor will receive an email notification .
