Edit New Official's Information
Purpose of Step
This is a continuation of the second step in the process of modifying officials for a Recipient Organization. The purpose of this step is to change the information associated with a new official before submitting.
Actions for this Step
1.
Update the official's information.
- If the current user already exists in ASAP.gov
as a user for another Recipient Organization, changing the email address will create a new user profile for this individual. The original profile will remain active
for the other organizations.
- If the new user has an email address that is associated with an existing user, ASAP.gov will refresh the screen and give you the opportunity to select the existing user. If this is not the same individual, you will need to update the email address of the new user with the correct information.
